Choose the Right Detergent: Use non-enzyme, non-biological detergents to preserve the colors and fabric integrity.
Skip the Dryer: Tumble drying can damage the fabric and cause further shrinkage. Gently press out excess water and air dry flat or on a hanger.
Wash Strong Colors Separately: Although pre-washed, strongly colored items may release some excess dye. Be sure to wash separately in cold water for the first wash, and combine with like colors for future washes.

Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. We reserve the right to deny any return based on the condition of the item.
Fees and Shipping:

Return Process:
To submit a return request: Sign in to your account by entering your email address and clicking "Continue." Check your email for a six-digit verification code, enter it on the store, then click "Request return" for the order you want to return. Select the items, choose a return reason, add a note, and click "Request return." If approved and shipping is required, you'll receive an email with a return label. After the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.
