Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
Condition of Items
Returned merchandise must be unworn and free from stains, odor, pet hair, or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. We reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition of the item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@madebygoodkarma.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you, with no return fee.
Return Fee
Standard returns incur a flat $10 fee to cover restocking and return shipping. This fee is deducted from your refund. It does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit within the 30-day window. Cash refunds are not offered on sale items.
Exchanges
For exchanges, email us at support@madebygoodkarma.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll take care of it from there.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Sign in to your account by entering your email address and clicking "Continue."
- Check your email for a six-digit verification code, then enter it on the store.
- Click "Request return" for the relevant order.
- Select the items, choose a return reason, add a note, and click "Request return."
- If approved and shipping is required, you'll receive an email with a return label.
- Once we receive the item, your refund is processed per the timeline above.
