Return Process:

To submit a return request: Sign in to your account by entering your email address and clicking "Continue." Check your email for a six-digit verification code, enter it on the store, then click "Request return" for the order you want to return. Select the items, choose a return reason, add a note, and click "Request return." If approved and shipping is required, you'll receive an email with a return label. After the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.
