Exchanges:

We do not offer a formal exchange process. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and follow our return instructions to send back the unwanted item(s).

Return Process:

To return an item, please fill out the form HERE, and our team will contact you within 3 business days. Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. 

• Gentle Cleaning: Hand wash or use the delicate cycle on your washing machine with cold or warm water to protect the fabric and dyes.
• Choose the Right Detergent: Use non-enzyme, non-biological detergents to preserve the colors and fabric integrity.
• Skip the Dryer: Tumble drying can damage the fabric and cause further shrinkage. Gently press out excess water and air dry flat or on a hanger.
• Preserve Colors: Reshape your pieces while damp and dry them inside out, away from direct sunlight, to prevent fading.
• Wash Strong Colors Separately: Although pre-washed, strongly colored items may release some excess dye. Be sure to wash separately in cold water for the first wash, and combine with like colors for future washes.
