Our Story

A friend once gave me a dress — hand-embroidered Thai cotton with little orange carrots on it. I wore it until it fell apart. When I asked her to help me find another, she couldn't. It wasn't mass produced. It was made by hand, with care, and that was exactly the point.

That dress started everything. With my friend Nana's help, I began reaching out to artisans in Thailand, buying five pieces at a time, waiting weeks for them to arrive, wondering if anyone else would see what I saw in them. Slowly, they did.

Today, Good Karma works with skilled artisans across India and Thailand — people who have spent generations mastering techniques no factory can replicate. Every piece is made slowly and in small batches, using natural cotton and time-honored craft. You can feel the difference the moment you put it on.

Good Karma is for the woman who wants to get dressed without thinking too hard — and still feel like herself. The busy mom, the creative professional, the person just beginning to care about where their clothes come from. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to love what you're wearing.

To my grandmother — whose sewing machine was the sound of my childhood. It paid the bills, lulled me to sleep, and showed me what it means to work with your hands. You raised me in handmade clothes and unconditional love. This is for you.
